Main Street Co-Op FL does not offer traditional shipping. All products and services ordered through our platform are either delivered locally by participating vendors or fulfilled in person.
1. Local Deliveries & In-Home Services

Most products (such as charcuterie boards, welcome baskets, etc.) are delivered locally to vacation rentals or hotels by the vendor providing the service.

In-home services (such as massages or chef-prepared meals) are provided at the scheduled time directly at the guest’s rental property.

Delivery details, timing, and access arrangements must be made based on the vendor’s policies.
2. Vendor-Handled Fulfillment

If a vendor offers shipping (e.g., for a gift item), they are solely responsible for the packaging, shipping method, and delivery timeframes.

Any questions or concerns regarding these orders must be directed to the vendor.
3. No Direct Shipping by Main Street Co-Op FL

We do not ship or deliver products directly. We serve as a platform to connect customers with local providers.
4. Delays or Missed Deliveries

Vendors will do their best to meet the requested delivery times, but delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or access restrictions.

Please ensure accurate property access instructions are provided to avoid missed or delayed deliveries.
5. Alcohol-Related Products or Services
If any product, service, or activity involves alcohol (e.g., cocktail kits, wine deliveries, mixology classes, or events where alcohol is served), valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the time of delivery or service.

The customer must be 21 years of age or older to receive or participate in alcohol-related services.

Vendors reserve the right to refuse service or delivery if valid ID is not provided.
